Parts:

Foam:

● 1- surfboard

● 1- elevator

● 2- board doubles

● 1-center keel

● 1-rudder

● 2-outside keels

● 1-Character option

Plywood:

● 1-two piece motor mount

● 1-battery mount

Misc:

● 2-horn/linkage stopper, right and left

● 1-10” elevator rod with Z bend

● 1-12” rudder rod with Z bend

● 1-5” double sided velcro

Power pack (optional, note: uses 500 mAh/3 cell battery))

● 1-Blue Wonder motor, 1700 kv

● 1- 10 Amp ESC

● 1- 8” x 4” prop

● 2- 9 gram servos

Assembly (use hot glue or Foamtac):

● Cut hinge bevels on surfboard/elevator and keel/rudder

● Use packing tape to make the hinges

● Glue board doubles on top

● Glue 3 keels to the bottom

● Glue battery velcro in the plywood battery mount

● Glue the battery mount to the bottom, front of the surfboard at the cutout

● Glue the linkage horns to the elevator and rudder

● Glue the elevator and rudder servos

● Install the rods

● Mount motor/ESC/receiver

● Slide in your surfer character

Throws: Elevator 1” up, ½” down, Rudder =/- 1”, CG is 14” from nose
